Customized Training Programs (CTP)

Alliance School of Business, Alliance University offers customized training programs in relevant functional areas of management. These programs are conducted in a phased manner and generally follow a six-dimensional approach.

  • Diagnose the problem: We understand the learning needs of the organization by engaging with key decision makers and learning and development leaders.
  • Design: Based on learning needs, we propose a high level design for the program. This design proposes the various themes that make up the courseware - leadership, innovation, strategy, marketing and finance.
  • Develop the pedagogy: our pedagogy is interactive and is based on case studies, videos and action learning. It engages the participant through innovatively-designed delivery pedagogy and benefits the organization.
  • Deploy the right facilitators: we have a pool of excellent trainers drawn from full-time faculty and external facilitators who are accomplished in executive education.
  • Deliver the program: the programs are delivered at our campus in Bengaluru which provides an excellent learning environment. These can also be delivered at a location of choice of the organization.
  • Determine the outcome: we work with organizations to ensure that the learning in the classroom is applied at the work place.
